Ford Expedition w/ Air Suspension or Coil Springs

The Ford Expedition is a good all around vehicle. It is a half ton truck with the ability to haul eight or nine passengers. They have good safety ratings, especially the newer ones. And they are reliable and affordable. Over the years they have come with a number of different options, such as 2×4, 4×4, different seating, xlt, Eddie Bauer, ect. One of the worst “features” of the Ford Expedition is the air suspension system, which as you probably know is very problematic. Although it is designed to be a luxury feature, it is not worth all the problems.

The Expedition has a ElectroPneumatic air system which is a self leveling and self loading suspension system. This system will keep the truck level even when towing or hauling a load. Which seems like a good feature, and it is nice, until you start getting problems out of your air suspension. There are many things that break and wear out when it comes to these expedition air systems. Or any air system really, the 1990-2009 Lincoln Town Car, 1995-2005 <a href="http://airsuspensionreviews.com/cadillac/de-ville-coil-spring-conversion-kit/>Cadillac Deville, and the 1987-2006 <a href="http://airsuspensionreviews.com/land-rover/range-rover-air-suspension-problems/>Range Rover, all of these are really nice vehicles with terrible suspensions under them.

Easy Air Suspension Fix

The easiest fix, and possibly the cheapest, would be with a coil spring conversion kit. Because with these kits you will no longer have any need for your <a href="http://airsuspensionreviews.com"title="Air Suspension System" >air suspension system. Meaning no more airbag leaks, broken compressors, cracked lines, or fried relays. Coil springs have been around for a very long time, and have proved to be a very reliable form of air suspension conversion kit.

If you’re reading this, then the <a href="http://airsuspensionreviews.com"title="Air Suspension System" >air suspension system on your Ford Explorer has finally failed and you need a cost effective solution to get that new car ride again and get your Ford Explorer back on the road fast.

I was in your shoes more than 10 years ago and I scrambled to find a way to get my luxury car riding like new again without breaking the bank in the process. Unfortunately, the only option I had was to pay a fortune to a dealership to fix my air suspension. I was outraged…so I searched for a solution to solve my air suspension problems for good.

Ford Explorer Air Suspension Fails. Here’s why…

The Ford Explorer air suspension system is subject to many problems, but it’s biggest enemy is time. The air springs are made from rubber components which dry-rot in 5 to 7 years.

The Ford Explorer air suspension’s longevity is determined by how much extreme heat and cold the Ford Explorer is subjected to. These extreme conditions degrade the components of the air suspension system. Many times the electronic devices (modules and sensors) begin to fail with age as well. This compounds the suspension problems related to the Ford Explorer air suspension system.

…And it’s only a matter of time before these factory air suspension parts you have begin to fail.

Also overlooked many times on the Ford Explorer is the condition of the front suspension. In the same span of time, the Explorer front suspension is subject to extreme wear and the poor shock and spring quality will make it difficult to properly align the vehicle and this causes excessive wear to the front tires and eventually eliminates the great ride you deserve as a Ford Explorer owner.

Luckily, not only can I get you the parts you need. If you purchase from this site, I can get you a MASSIVE discount.
