Its a air bag kit, commonly referred to as helper bags, that will go between your frame and leaf spring. You simply air the bags up whenever you have a big load. For less than $250 you can add 2000lbs capacity to your truck. These kits are cheap and easy to install as well. They work on 2×4 and 4×4 suspensions. What if you need even more towing capacity? Well your in luck there is another kit that will add 5000lbs of towing capacity.
