Cadillac Seville Bottoming Out In Rear

What you will be doing is basically eliminating the air compressor. What you will need to do is locate two valve stems. You can cut them off bicycle tubes if needed. You will simply cut the air lines near the rear of your cadillac’s air bags on each side. Then push the airlines into the valve stem, some epoxy or glue might help. Once you have done this allow it to dry, and then fill up your bags to the height you want. You can fill the bags with an air compressor or a manual air pump. This is a good fix, if you are in a jam and don’t have the extra $350 or $400 for a new air compressor.

Cadillac Seville Suspension Conversion

I would not consider this a permanent solution although some people will say it will hold for a long time. A good permanent solution would be to either fork out the cash and repair or replace your air spring or maybe think about investing in a coil spring conversion kit similar to the 1997 cadillac suspension conversion. Coil spring conversion kits cost about as much as a new air compressor, but they would out last a air compressor and many even come with lifetime warranty. There are coil spring conversion kits offered for the front and rear of the vehicle, the kit offered for the front comes with assembled front struts, which makes for a quick and easy install. No messing around with spring compressors!

Lexus Air Suspension Problems

So you need to know how to fix your Lexus LS400 air suspension problem. Well depending on what problem you are experiencing, I might be able to share some cheap fixes, and I’ll tell you about a way to avoid all your air suspension problems, in the future. But first of all what problem are you experiencing? One of the more common problem with these cars, is that your air suspension lowers itself when parked. So that when your park your car for the night, by the time you wake up for work it will be lowered down, but as soon as you start the car, it will raise back up. This is very common and is caused by a leak somewhere in your air suspension. The reason it only happens while your car is parked, is because while its running it is pumping air into your system. Another common problem is the air system can grow soft. Sometimes the car will just remain low or high. Now that you have heard some of the air suspension problems, lets talk about solutions.

Well if your car is lowering when parked, It means that something in your suspension system is leaking. The only way to fix that will be to find the leak and replace whatever is leaking. It is important that you do something in this situation, because if your LS400 is lowering when parked, eventually the leak will grow bigger and your car will just remain low. This would be a very expensive repair. If your <a href="http://airsuspensionreviews.com"title="Air Suspension System" >air suspension system is remaining low at all times. You could have some sensor problem, or possible a leak. If your air suspension system is remaining high, it is most likely to be a sensor problem.

Lexus LS400 Suspension Conversion Kit

Any of these problems could be quite expensive to repair. The sensor problems are usually cheap repairs or adjustments. If you have a leak, you are going to be spending some cash. Or you could get a coil spring conversion kit, that will simply remove your entire air suspension system and all of its problems. It will replace it with a time tested suspension, the coil spring. Most cars on the road today run coil spring kits, why bother with all the hassle of an air suspension?
