So you may have heard of coil spring conversion kits being used to avoid air suspension problems. Usually they are put on older luxury cars, but you can also get them for higher end cars to. For example I installed one just a couple days ago on a 97 Mercedes S55. The car was beginning to have some air suspension issues were the rear of the vehicle would lower down sometimes and get stiff sometimes. So my customer came to my shop asking about what he could do to fix it. With the economy being the way it is, he asked me if there was any cheap solutions.

I told him about air suspension conversion kits. And explained that coil springs are probably the most popular suspension you will find on the road today. And in fact <a href="http://airsuspensionreviews.com"title="Air Suspension System" >air suspension systems are really just over engineered, and really unnecessary. So he decided that a coil spring conversion kit, may be a good route for him. He asked me to price it out for him, and let him know. When I told him that parts would be less than $400 and I could go ahead and install it for an additional $150, he told me to go ahead and order it. I found out that this is where you Order the Parts . That site had the cheapest price around, and a good reputation for customer service and quick shipping.

The parts came pretty quick, and the install was super easy. Most importantly my customer was very satisfied. He said the car drives just as good as it did with the air suspensions system.

1989-1993 Chrysler Fifth Avenue

The Chrysler Fifth Avenue is a good all around car. Except for one thing: the air suspension components. These parts are unreliable, and are very expensive to repair or replace. I recently repaired two Chrysler Fifth Avenue’s, a 1990 and a 1991. I replaced there <a href="http://airsuspensionreviews.com"title="Air Suspension System" >air suspension systems with coil spring conversion kits, which eliminate your air system entirely. This solution will save you many hours of air suspension troubleshooting, as well as a lot of money in repairs.

These factory air suspension parts are very expensive to repair or replace. Air tanks, air pumps, air valves, and air control sensors are all very pricey parts that often will cost near as much as the car is worth, for example a ford explorer air strut costs around $500. These repairs are often well over $1000, but there is a simple solution. Both the Fifth Avenue’s I repaired would have cost at least $800 to repair the air suspension. And it still would not have been that great of a long term solution, as it would have only been a matter of time before another air component started acting up.

This simple solution will eliminate your Fifth Avenue Air Bag Suspension, and replace it with a coil spring conversion kit. These coil kits are much more reliable than air bags. Coil Springs have been around for a long time. Most cars run the stock coils throughout the whole life of the vehicle, without any problems. The best part is that you can convert the front and rear of your Fifth Avenue to coils for less than $600. If your sick of troubling with your air suspension, or just want a good reliable and safe suspension this kit is for you.

If you own a Oldsmobile Nienty-Eight you will have air suspension problems. Its not a matter of if its a matter of when. I had my 1989 Oldsmobile Ninety-Eight for nearly three years before it gave me any trouble. What happened to me is the rear of my car started getting lower and lower. Before I knew it I was driving around with no rear suspension. I looked high and low for a solution. And I found only one that was reasonible and affordable, which I will explain.

So after I knew I had a deffinate air suspension problelm I took my car to my local mechanic. He qouted me $750 to fix the air suspension problem. And I knew that price was fair because this mechanic had been a family friend for years. But after he gave me the $750 qoute to fix the problem he told me about a 1995 Ninety-Eight that he had fixed just weeks before.

He explained the solution, and it seemed so obvious to me at that point. The solution was to replace the weak air suspension to passive non air struts that would be far more reliable and affordable. As you can covert the rear of your car for less than $300. Which is less than almost any air suspension repair.

To me it was a no brainer to get an air bag system to coil spring conversion kit.

So you like most Fleetwood owners, are having or have had some suspension problems and are looking for the permanent solution for your air bag suspension. Well look no further, now you can replace your air struts with low cost passive non air struts. You can do this in both the front and rear of your vehicle.

My 89 Fleetwood was bottoming out in the rear for months before I finally installed a coil spring conversion kit on it. It was a cheapest and most reliable suspension solution I had. The car rides great, handles great. These Fleetwoods are great cars, with only one major flaw, which is the air struts, but with this kit it makes it an incredibly reliable and comfortable Cadillac. These front and rear coil spring conversion kits are extremely reliable, and safe. You will never have to worry about a problematic <a href="http://airsuspensionreviews.com"title="Air Suspension System" >air suspension system again. These kits are very affordable as well.

Fits: 1986 Cadillac Fleetwood, 1985, 1987 Air Suspension, 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991 Fleetwood, and 1992
