The 88 Mitsubishi Montero Sport does not handle the greatest from the factory. They are actually pretty sloppy driving cars. Especially if you put a load on them. I struggled with this problem for a little while with my 95, in hopes of getting a bigger truck. But with cash being tight right now, I knew I wouldn’t be getting a new truck anytime soon, so I looked for another solution. Likely I stumbled upon a promising option. It is a kit that will make your suspension active. It puts tension on the spring, like a shock absorber. So that the spring moves in more of a controlled motion. In return means more stable handling, and less sway. This is a necessity if you want to haul anything with your Montero. I bought mine from this website, as they had the best price, and nicest product. The item shipped promptly, and I was able to install in my garage after work in just one night.
If your legecy handles poorly and rides rough, it might be time to replace and/or upgrade your struts. A strut is a form of suspension that has a coil around it to support the weight of the vehicle. The strut acts as a shock absorber. When a strut becomes worn out, it becomes soft and fails to absorb impact the way it should, causing your vehicle to ride rough, bumpy, or loose. The handling will also be directly affected, as the vehicle will have alot of sway.
This was the problem with my 95 Subura Legacy. Struts can get very expensive, it is not hard to spend $1000. There are many good options out there. If you check around online, you can usually get alot better deal than when going into a shop. Then you can just bring the struts and your Legacy to a shop and have them put them on. Or you can install them yourself, if you have some tools and some time. They are a pretty easy and quick install.
But I bought my struts online, and installed them myself. It took me a few hours to install with the help of one of my friends, and we took our time. My 1995 Legacy handled and rode like new after the install. I was thrilled, it was well worth the money.

So my 1999 Honda Accord was getting pretty sloppy in the corners. It doesn’t even have any firmness to it anymore, and therefore steers terribly. I looked for a solution to make it handle a litle firmer. I found a few different solutions. The best seemed to be a aftermarket strut of some sort. I did some research on what worked the best and what was most affordable. I found a strut few affordable struts, but after doing some research on quality I decieded to go with the EZ Strut. It shipped within a timely manner and was a pretty easy install to.
So after I installed them both. I took it for a ride around the block. And the differance was amazing. It rode like a new car, and handled amazingly. Deffinately a great upgrade, and deffinately affordable. Highly Reccomended!
